About Neo-Scenic Designs

Who we are

Neo-Scenic Designs is a technical building design practice, owner-operated by Tyler Webster. We prepare building permit drawings, residential design and residential HVAC designs for homeowners, contractors and builders. Where a project needs additional professional expertise, such as engineering, we coordinate with qualified professionals as part of the project.

Qualifications

• Neo-Scenic Designs (Neo-scenic Inc.) is a design firm registered with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, firm BCIN 206160, in the House, Small Buildings and HVAC – House classes.
• We are not architects or engineers. Where architectural or engineering services are required, they are provided by qualified professionals and quoted separately. Read more about BCIN designers.

How we work

• Written scopes and quotes before drawing work begins
• Drawings developed with you, typically with up to three rounds of revisions during preliminary design
• Coordination with qualified professionals when required
• Reasonable drawing revisions for municipal comments, within the agreed scope
• Drawings prepared in Revit, with 3D views where they help explain the design
